general care

Treat your jewelry gently; avoid wearing delicate pieces during activities that may cause rings/bangles/chokers to catch as this can cause the piece to lose its shape.

Avoid tugging on necklaces and chains as this can cause them to snap. Be gentle when unclasping.

Please note that damage due to regular wear and tear or rough handling does not classify as manufacturer defect and can not be repaired free of charge. Fees for these repairs will be determined on a case by case basis.

Clean using a soft microfibre cloth and a mild dish washing liquid.

Try to keep exposure to water or chemicals such as hairspray or lotions. Do not wear gold filled pieces while swimming.

Store away from damp environments (such as bathrooms) and direct sunlight. Take off pieces before showering or swimming.

Gold-fill, while stronger and longer lasting than a traditional gold plating, is not meant to be worn as a precious metal. With a base metal at its core it is prone to oxidization and fading, especially in pieces that have been soldered. Proper care of these pieces is imperative if you want them to have a long life.

14k gold

14k gold is a great choice if you're looking for a lifetime piece you can wear everyday and everywhere. It is perfect to wear every day, forever, so it is worth the higher price tag if you are planning on heavy wear.

Keep away from abrasive surfaces or harsh chemicals. Polish with a soft cloth.
